Spinning alliance crystal and tapping the screen to open it made the game give me an error

I bought alliance crystal today, started spinning it, and tapped the screen, it wouldn't stop spinning. It gave me this error, took my crystal, and didn't give me anything.

Hey OP. I'm sorry to see that you got this error message when opening your Alliance Crystal. In a situation like this, we would ask you to submit a ticket to Customer Support so that they can check on the crystal for you. You can submit a ticket in the game by clicking on the gray Gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks!
