I have the rank up resources to bring one 5* to Rank 5, and I've pretty much narrowed it down to VtD (duped) and BWCV (unduped). The trouble is I have almost no mystic ISO, but I have a tremendous amount of cosmic ISO that is expiring in a couple days. I think VtD is great when he gets the right buffs, but they're so inconsistent. So do I rank him or just use an insane amount of generic ISO to max out Clare?
