Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.

I cannot claim my war rewards from the mail box. They keep appearing again and again no matter how many times I claim them.

    Hey there, I would first try to claim those rewards from your stash if you are having trouble with the mail box. If that doesn't work, I would try going through our troubleshooting steps for iOS or Android, depending on what type of device you have.

    If you're still experiencing this issue afterwards, you can get in contact with our Support Team for assistance. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
