Sorcerer supreme sp3

Does attack rating from sorcerer supreme sp3 persist for whole fight or it's only for sp3 duration ?
And if it's persist for whole can I stack that attack rating after by launching multiple sp3?

I've stacked up about 3 or 4 armour breaks before but that was in specific fights.

Her damage output when she has at least 2 or even 1 armour break is impressive
