I have a 5* duped Ghost, best 5* I have so far. Should I use 25 signature stones on her?

I have 25 Signature stones (generic), should I use them on Ghost, I'm currently on the last round to become uncollected.

maybe not generics because those can be useful. I'd definitely pump the tech ones and maybe half the generics
