Probably still G2099 at 600 hits with her crit prefight active. Easily 40k at least, on a rank 5 5*

I would say Collosus, after Sp2 doubling up armour (40~ stack) + the fury with OR and UC Atk bonus, easily possibly 80k+ heavies.
i know ive pumped out a 5 hit (heavy 1st hit to sp2) = ~280k all crit with a 5* r4 with 12% mutant agenda.
