My game is not working well

Hello sir
Game is not working properly
Sometimes my attackers not moving forward or backward properly
And I'm watching from more than two weeks
My alliance bracket is invisible
And also show in global chat all user alliance bracket is also blank rectangular shape
And my event/ stroy quest profile image is also blank rectangular

So I'm attaching some photos.

The white squares are I think placeholders for the new images. I also have the story image problem, however.
