New/Rebuilding Alliance

Looking for members to join a rebuilding alliance of experienced players. Alliance had previously paused while members took breaks and/or played in competitive alliances.
One BG is map 5 ready. Looking for players to fill remaining spots. Would like to have at least 2 map 5 groups with modifiers. AQ will be mandatory and based on alliance ability. AW to be determined.

At least 7k prestige (preferred, will consider lower PI for the right players)
