Doctor Octopus Heal Block bug.

While going through the Terrax arena, I couldn’t help but notice that the enemy Dr. Doom was healing all throughout my Doc Ock’s heal block. Is anyone else experiencing this?

When he's awakened the heal block works differently. The opponent will show healing, but in fact Ock is health stealing 100+x % of that health based on his Sig level. You don't see Ock healing there because he's at 100% health.
