I completely explored the Crucible: Act 8 Rebirth on Legendary and didn't receive objective rewards.
I spent hours, thousands of units and revives to complete the new Crucible. I have received the two Rebirth crystals, the Titan Nexus as well as the rank 3-4 gem for the completion but the game says I haven't unlocked the objective rewards for exploring the Crucible.

Paragon Gauntlet/Sigil bug
When claiming my entry for the monthly Paragon Gauntlet, I encountered what I assume to be a bug saying that I had activated the sigil. I have not purchased the sigil and I am still unable to purchase from the black iso market.

Apocalypse and Mighty Charge
In the past, Apocalypse has been the #1 choice for dealing with annoying nodes like Masochism and Mighty Charge. Because, his debuffs couldn’t be shrugged off or purified. But, playing through this month’s Cavalier event quest, that seems to no longer be the case. Is this simply a bug? Or, is this change intended?

Human Torch Nova Flame bug
While finishing up the final chapter of Act 5, I used my Human Torch for the final boss Ultron. But, while Torch was in his Nova Flame pre-fight, he was still applying regular incinerates which led to me getting KO’d multiple times. This has never happened in the year and a half that I’ve been playing this champion.

Doctor Octopus Heal Block bug.
While going through the Terrax arena, I couldn’t help but notice that the enemy Dr. Doom was healing all throughout my Doc Ock’s heal block. Is anyone else experiencing this?
