Human Torch Nova Flame bug

While finishing up the final chapter of Act 5, I used my Human Torch for the final boss Ultron. But, while Torch was in his Nova Flame pre-fight, he was still applying regular incinerates which led to me getting KO’d multiple times. This has never happened in the year and a half that I’ve been playing this champion.

    In your video it's happening when he has armor up. Could it be aar reducing nova flames and placing incinerate instead ? I don't think I've seen something similar before. Not even sure nova flames and aar works this way. Just a guess

    It’s the offensive aar from ultron sig. The same thing happens if you try to fight domino with nova flame torch
