Premium Hero additions also added to Duel Crystal?

Does anyone know when a champ is added to the Premium Hero Crystal if he’s also automatically added to the Duel Crystal? Example Red Guardian was added to PHC so will he also be in the Duel Science/Mystic Crystal???

    Yes he will be. You can check the top prize before opening the crystal.
