I currently have all these mystic/symbiote/spider verse characters at 4/55: Dr Doom, Symbiote Supreme, Ghost Rider, Stealth Spidey (Doom and SS are awakened). I also have a 6 star Venom and 5 star VTD at 3/45. Is this roster enough to do an initial completion of Variant 5? If so what’s my best team?

    Best team varies on the quests. Scout your path/boss and figure out who you want to bring in.
