Variant 5 rewards are really good for its difficulty. I'm gonna get my first r5 as Venom and probably my first r2 6* in Doctor Doom

Doom is insane so a 4* could do well

Try going down the middle, the one with storm as the first fight. I found that one to be the most straight forward for completion.

I’ve done 80% of the event with r2 6* CV just clearing stuff on her own, I need to turn suicides off to finish it up as there’s a couple lanes I just can’t get past without spending with them on. Not sure you need voodoo for anything over Claire but certainly doom is the best option for a few bits and who I’ll be using for those last paths, free of recoil.

As a side note, rewards aside, I still hate this variant. It’s so restrictive in terms of roster and just a bit boring frankly. I guess if I had a maxed out roster it might have been more fun but either way the bosses are all unremarkable.

I pressed the rank up button by mistake 😂
But he was the one I wanted to take up anyway 🙂. My 3 preferred gems were cosmic for CMM, mutant for AA, or skill for stealthy. Lucky me I landed on what I wanted 😁

Team throughout was rank 5 Claire, rank 4 Stealthy, rank 3 sym supreme, 4* Doom and 4* Voodoo. Didn't need to take off suicides at all.
After the first quest, it was relatively smooth sailing. Only spent just over a hundred units because I didn't have any revives to start, lol.
