Crystal bug in my game

Guys I have opened 10to 15 legendary crystals but each time I got only 4 star hero. What can be this. Crystal says it has 20 percent chance if 5 star hero but each I got only 4 star.

Luck resets everytime you open a crystal. It's not accumulated. I opened around 10 Legendary Crystals since January and I think I got 6 5* out of there. Way higher than 20% since it is not fixed.

Hey Thanton, this is not a bug.

If a Crystal has a 20% chance to award a 5-Star Champion, it's possible to open a million of those Crystals and never obtain a 5-Star because there's always an 80% chance that each Crystal you open won't award that rarity. However, it's also possible to open a million of those Crystals and obtain a 5-Star Champion every single time! In either scenario, it wouldn't be a bug, it's just how drop rates work.

Drop rates apply to all Crystals, not just the ones you open. Each Crystal opening is independent and unaffected by previous Crystal openings.
