Kabam email not linked with account

I have tried to seek help from the Kabam support team regarding my account however when raising the case, I am informed that my email account is not attached with the account which is confusing me as this is the email address assigned to my Kabam account on the login screen of the game.

I have tried to login to the forum but again I am told that the email address does not match the account.

I originally created the account on my old iPhone but have since switched to android and now login through google play.

Is there a way to check what the original email would have been?
