My CAIW can’t Nullify Thing’s Unstoppable buff

My Captain America (Infinity War) can’t nullify Thing’s unstoppable and I don’t understand. This only seem to happen with only Thing because I’ve tried it on Juggernaut and Unst. Colossus. I have CAIW as an awakened 5* 5/5 and whenever i hit Thing with his unstoppable on, even at 5 kinetic charges, I can’t seem to nullify it. Please Fix it.

    Claire can as well with buff immunity
    Sorry, I worded first sentence oddly. I was trying to say Claire's buff immunity can remove it, but Slow champs can't besides Shulk. 😂

    Whilst technically the buff is still active, I can land a heavy attack with Gwen after he goes unstoppable and she’ll still be able to ignore it. When you hit him it’s as if he isn’t unstoppable, so still a solid option if he gets unstoppable before you can prevent it.

    Best thing to do with Thing is learn to manage his rock stacks. There will be times when you can’t get that slow debuff and you’ll get slapped if that’s your one trick.

    Remove being the key word. Sabertooth can only prevent it.

    Remove being the key word. Sabertooth can only prevent it.
    Expires instantly is basically removing it.

    Anyone with the Slow Debuff (short of Sorcerer Supreme) can make Thing's Unstoppable a moot point. Options include...

    She-Hulk
    Spider-Gwen
    Spider-Man (Sealth Suit) w/ Web Foam Cartridge
    Red Guardian

    ALSO, Mephisto's Soul Imprisonment prevents it from popping. I don't have BWCV, but Buff Immunity should in theory shut it down. Not sure what Tigra does, but now I'm going to ask my Alliance mates if/how she'd work in this scenario as I do not have her either.

    Tigra has an ability called neutralise. It’s passive and is applied to the opponent each time she hits them. Essentially it’s a passive fate seal effect without the nullify part. It’ll prevent any new buffs from triggering, but is unable to remove buffs that are already active. When a buff is prevented through the use of neutralise she applies a rupture debuff, which deals physical damage over time and ties in to her other abilities to deal additional direct damage during specials. Building ruptures is important with Tigra to get the big damage in, preventing buffs is one of many ways she can do that.

    So it can't rmeive unstoppable then?
    It can prevent it, it can’t remove it.

    Red Guardian's SP1 applies slow even when you mistime it and get blocked. It's a pretty consistent and easy Thing counter.

    How? I don't have tigra to test her
    She has the hability to neutralize champs who trigger buffs, any time you hit the opponent place a neutralize passive which prevent the opponent to gain any buff.
    If you are fighting against the thing and he has less of 15 rock stacks hit him prevents to gain unstoppable buff but if he has 15 rock stacks and pasive neutralize it's not ready this don't work.
