Solo event rank calculation are wrong after the new solo event changes

Just got reward for cosmic arena battle even though I hardly scored point even to get ranked rewards I was place in top 11 to 21 percent. Just wondering anyone else in the same boat.

Now that you've mentioned it...I may have randomly claimed some crystals today without noticing and then popped some solo crystals... Welp am I getting banned now? Pls no kabam I'm only around for 2 more weeks anyway

I claimed them without realising and I'm not banned, you should be fine but probably best to wait for official confirmation. They let people rerun the path they took on the first day of mutant island when it came back, which was for far better rewards than this so idt they'll care about a mistake at their end that you can't infinitely loop. It's only junk anyway unless you got the selector so you aint missing much

Yeah... I got 71-100% cosmic arena battle rewards! I claimed rewards then thought that something is wrong. I checked my points in that event and I had 0 pts. Then I went to forum and found this discussion. Now I'm worried about getting ban because I claimed rewards.:( Whats happening Kabam? Why can't there be events without problems!!! Why I'm spending money in this game!!!!

Why would we not claim these? They came out with updated crystals and now I am getting rewards sent to me the next day and people are saying there could be bans for this????

I’m also seeing odd things with the solo event rewards. The class combat rank rewards don’t unlock until a much higher score than the milestones.

Will there be bans for claiming these? I accidentally claimed them while semi unconscious.. Haven't used the items yet technically and they're not really significant hope I've not messed up

We fixed the issue that was causing this, so things should be fine going forward. Everyone is free to claim any rewards they already have in their stash from this one though.

Thanks for the quick fix. Any chance of getting the rank rewards for the combat events before the fix?
