6* R1 to R2 help

Hello Summoners,

Looking at taking a 6* R1 Champ to R2. Many will say Ghost but i'll R2 her when the time is right as i already have a Duped 5*. Feeling Colossus or Venom, feel Dr Doom pushes SS out of the equation.

ghost is totally useless if you have a 5/65, i'd prob take up wasp, venom, since colossus really need dupe
