Alliance Revive in loyalty store

Does anyone know why there is no alliance revive potions showing up in loyalty store. Has it's been removed from loyalty store.

    They come randomly.

    It's been over a week since the level 1 has been there. Was sort of wondering if the quit putting it in the loyalty store. Didn't realize it was completely random

    Yes. It's there often but sometimes not.
