Please fix arena

You’ve made a lot of good changes recently, but the all or nothing AI in arena needs to be changed. It stinks. AI will not throw specials 1 or 2, just turtles while gaining power. Super frustrating. And more importantly not at all fun. I do not get why this is coded this way. If the rest of the game was this way, I’d quit, tbh.

This seems like it would be easy to fix.
