I just pulled a 5* icy boy from my dual class crystal and really want to take him to rank 4. Had been wanting him as a 5* for a long time. Do you guys think iceman is still relevant in newer content. By the way, I am on 5.3.4

In act 5 yeah, good for 6.1 xbones and useful for his immunities, but not the best for general end game content.
