New event focused free to play players

I feel there should be a new event in which the summoner can play the event with any champions even champions they have not unlocked of any rank.
This event could be tougher than other events and testing entirely on the skill of the player rather than only spent.
This event would also gives player chance to try all the champs. It would also be make the game better for the vast number of free to play players.
I hope such a event would come to the contest soon
