Who is better (excluding synergies) Professor X or Apocalypse?

Professor X don't need synergy and without full team synergy Apocalypse is really bad. I got 6★ apocalypse.

In terms of the champion on their own, no synergies, not including their outgoing synergies prof x is a fair bit better
