Nothing comes to me, wrote to the technical support service, they are silent. I do not know what to do. It is unlikely that I will be able to link my account to the new mail, since I have already changed my mail this month.

And thought you said earlier thread that you DID get msgs coming to your email from Tech Support ? Maybe because you indicate what email is used in the Tech Support ticket, maybe your Game Account is setup with a different email so that's why password resets are not going to it (or maybe going into SPAM folder) ?
If they replied to an earlier support ticket, then continue working with that support ticket # to resolve it (new support tickets will be closed because they are duplicate).
