I just ranked 5 mine a few minutes ago. I was actually contemplating about it if I should wait for Omega Red as a 5* or not but he's still a beast without the synergies and I think he'll get me through 6.1.5 Crossbones.

If he is awakened. My 6* Colossus struggles to keep the armor up buffs up without the sig and it's nice against nodes where his immunities come in.
