War rating/Tier changing official info

We have official confirmed answer that war rating is locked but it still counts to change T1
Probably some kind of hidden war rating...no idea

I think this answers lot of questions

    NOT a “hidden war rating”.

    Just that if you are say Tier-5 (locked WR, although you said Tier-1) for an offseason war, those teams below you in Tier-6 WILL GET a WR change and so could actually move above you in WR and thus move ahead of you in TIER for the next war.

    Also Tier could change as the overall # of Ally’s is changing during the offseason (as well as during season too), so your WR Percentage placement could change (since TIER is based on Percentage among ALL Ally’s).
    This also might change an Ally from 1 to 2 (or visa versa) too, depending if total # of Ally’s is growing or being shrieked (disbanded/deleted).
