Rogue Debuff Duration Broke

I recently used my unawakened, 4/40 Rogue in an alliance war just to see how she worked out. As I was fighting am unawakened Hyperion I slipped and got tagged by his SP1 and got three incinerate debuffs. With Rogue, she should have shrugged them off pretty quickly (70%) as her description says, well these incinerate debuffs took their time and ended up costing me the fight. Can the Moderators shed some light on this?
