Multiple account issues

I have multiple accts and i am having issues logging out of any of my accts to log into another. Every time it just says failed to connect to network. But the network is fine. I can close the app and restart it and log only onto my main: i have contacted support and they just give me an automated answer that says place a support ticket if you have issues then i do and it says i have already placed a ticket so i cant. ??? Is anyone else with multiple accts having an issue or ever had this issue?
