Iceman vs AW encroaching stun ?

I just found that Iceman’s stun immune cant counter this Encroaching Stun node.

The stun debuff showed up with white-circle around it, so I guess this means the stun is passive / unavoidable ? Was this intended since inception of this AW node ?

Were you under 18% health? It might have been Assassins mastery, or maybe you were facing someone who has AAR?

Yes ice armor active, health still around 80-90%
