Problem when go to uncollect

I really don't understand. i just complete act 5.2.6 maybe over 12 hours and got title uncollect. but in crystal i don't see uncollect crystal , no grandmaster crystal, no 300 unit crystal, no 10k battle chip crystal. please help me. Thanks

Well then take screenshot showing 5.2.6 complete, and your title, and the crystal tab and send them to MCoC support team.
