AI and Dexterity

Should the AI be able to use dexterity 1-4 times in a row like Spideys passive evade? On top of that multiple times now after the third or fourth dexterity evade I'm getting perry'd. Seems absurd.

You can use dexterity 3-4 times.
Try evading Maestros s2 and you have 3-4 hits to evade or you're toast
