What act are you on? You don’t need four stars until late act 3 - act 4 (but it’s possible to do a completion run of act 4 with three stars, just ask Seatin)

Monthly eq and side quests can get atleast 4 to 5 4* champs.
Aw can help to get 200 shards per war.
Alliance events like summoner advancement gives 400 shards everytime.
Mainly join an alliance, it will help tremendously.

Eq means event quests.
Try exploring heroic quests and completing master quests that come every month.
Also opening 3* dupe will give 55 4*shards everytime.
Side quests also have pretty good amount of 4* as well as 5* shards.

Any alliance that is regular and its leader and members are atleast level 50.
Also ask in global for good alliance.
Bro my alliance leader needs atleast level 55 players otherwise I would have invited you.
Any good alliance can help a lot.

Also play incursions to get 4star shards and dark artifacts to purchase 4star crystal from incursion store.
Sector 2 or 3 may help.
But never sell 3star champs for getting 4star champs.

Also complete and explore story quests . They give plenty of shards
