What’s the basic walkthrough for arena grinding?

Like do you just continually use all of your 6* and refresh? Or do you use your 5* too? Or do you just constantly refresh your top 6* champs?

It all depends on what your goal is. If you're going for the featured champ, you'll need to refresh your 6s. If you're just going for milestones, you can just play when they refresh naturally.
