Strongest Team Leaderboard Broken?

I ran my strongest team, containing some 3/45 6* champs, through a path in act 4, just to update my “strongest team” leaderboard score, and hours later nothing has changed. It’s actually been this way for a long time.

If this feature is just completely broken now, why not replace it with a prestige leaderboard instead? It seems like an outdated feature anyway.
