Can I request a different game version?

Kabam is there anyway I can request a new game version. The one have now does not work on iOS 14 with iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’m tired of losing resources and fights because of lag, dropped inputs, and glitched animations. I got KOed in war yesterday to an invisible woman who threw a heavy to start the fight. I had no controls. I use ghost a lot and while phasing to begin the fight the whole screen will basically freeze and then half my health is gone. This has been happening all month. Not sure if you guys missed something on iOS 14. But I demand a different game version. Apple agrees and directed me to this question.
