Why isn’t Storm X stunned after Doom’s sp3? Is it a bug or intentional? It doesn’t say anywhere in her info that she can’t be passively stunned, and glancing is for basic attack only

Yes it's a bug. I think it will be fixed in the next update.

I think they were giving her ability to glance Special Attacks but later changed it to only Basic Attacks.
Her description says only Basic Attacks will be glanced.
