    no it doesn't, you will lose all of your power regardless of your sig sadly. I know that because i just finished the Plagued Mind path in V2 (3.2) and sentinel was always going to 0 power :-(
    It does interact with Venom though, he wasn't power drained against tech champions ^_^

    I expected it to work in 6.1.6 but it didn't
    Kept getting power drained
    So wasn't sure it's normal or unintended
