Rank up advice reqd

Aim is to have a rounded roster to tackle all types of Act6, variants and Cavalier EQ content. Current Progression is until 6.2.4 completion. No immediate inclination to do LoL or Abyss. Variant 1 & 5 not yet attempted, others explored.
Current R5 equivalent roster - Nick fury, blade, CapIW, Colossus, BWCV, CMM, Warlock. All duped except warlock and bwcv.
I can do one rankup from each of the classes mentioned below. Lots of iso expiring within 24 hrs so would like to get a move on ranking up champs.
Mutant - Red Mags to R2 or Omega (sig 100) to R5 (can take him up to sig160)
Skill - Elsa to R2 or Aegon (sig 100) to R5 (can take him upto sig160)
Science - Human torch to R5 or Thing (sig40) to R5 or Shehulk to R5
Mystic - Sorcerer supreme to R5 or wait for Doom?
Cosmic - Venom (awakened) to R5 or wait for corvus/Hyperion
Subjective inputs on how someone is particularly useful in act6 exploration or brings a utility lacking in my r5 equivalent roster would be much appreciated. Thanks.

100% Take Aegon to rank 5.

Take Human Torch to rank 5.

You already have 5* colossus so I say take either 6* omega to rank 2 or 5* omega to rank 5. Doesn't really do any one rank up.
From Mystic:
Rank up Sorcerer Supreme, especially for that Champion boss.
If you don't have enough rank up resources then do Variant 5 with your Claire and Venom. If you have rank up resources then so rank up all the Champions I mentioned above.
Claire and Warlock don't need to be awakened.
