Diversity in AW

I've read somewhere that diversity was supposed to be counted throughout the entire alliance. Right now it is only counted from BG to BG.
Is this going to be changed? If So, do you know when.

    They already announced that was a mistake and that they would let us know when they fixed it. Basically, the only good mistake made is the only one they will fix
