Nick fury bugged

I loaded into alliance war, first fight i went to take with nick instantly gave me degen. Checked afterward realized he doesnt even show persistent charges anymore. Please send help.
Update, just saw seatins video about the bugs that included nick. Looks like its not everywhere, but it is in aw for some people. Is there any way this is fixed in time for this war, and maybe a few health pots for him?

Looks like it's isolated to AW as I tested him in RoL and others have in duels, and he's functioning correctly. It is a known issue and is being looked into.
