Patch game to 28.2 but Mr Sinister still had EMP node instead of Prey On The Weak node.

    The rest of act 6 has been updated, so I dont imagine Mr. Sinister havent. You cancheck the note before moving in the quest.

    It is updated. Now there is prey on the weak node on sinister
