Punisher 2099... Any use??

Hey guys, we finally got punisher 2099 buff... I have him 5 star R1... I didn't play him... I watched lot of YouTube videos, and i got mixed thoughts.... So is he any useful now?? I mean worth rank up??

Whoops I meant act 6. I’m debating taking my duped(not that his sig is good at all) 6* to r2 after I explore act 6.

I feel like he needs either a slight offensive power gain boost, or a slightly reduced cost of special attacks while in his overdrive mode. Haven’t extensively tested, but that’s just the initial feeling I get.

Better but of the 2020 champ buffs easily ranks last when compared to col, oml, hb and 2 mags.

Not impressed. Still needs more work. Think he needed more than a tune up. He’s better but I wouldn’t rank him past rank 3, 5 star. Or keep him at rank 1, 6 star. Some of the videos I saw were impressive but that was rank 3, 6 star with suicides.

think about it he got a tune up not a rework like magneto so it won't push him up too much so I say Still better champions

No champions Kabam buff will have any value over the well established champions for content. Maybe this is a good thing for beginners or summoners who recently started act 5 but nothing beyond that.

He does nothing for me.......so low on my list of champs I would and could use. Arena fodder like so many other meh champs.

He needs to be able to stave heavy furies with the Cosmic Ghost Rider synergy. Also maybe increased offensive power rate in overdrive mode or specials cost less in overdrive mode would be good.
