Whom to Rank up Rank 5 5star or Rank 2 6star

Hi I am pretty much confused to rank 5 5star medusa duped or rank 2 6star warlock. I already had warlock unduped 5/5.
My top Champs are
5/5 Duped
Corvus,
BLACK WIDOW (CLAIRE VOYANT)
5/5 unduped
Warlock
Luke

Now I am having option of 5*s Duped Medusa, unduped Angela, to rank 5/5 or Warlock 6* to r2, any suggestions.
