Network since new update - omen look bad??

Greeting Summoners of the lolliPopVerse.

We haven't even started with the new monthly quest and already the Omen doesn't look great, every single time i try getting to the game it gets stuck on this page for anything between 3 Minutes 32 seconds to 4 Minutes 55 seconds.
