Open Ticket

Hi I’ve got an open ticket with KABAM, they have asked me to provide extra evidence for the ticket however I have no way of being able to find the ticket to continue. How the hell do I access my already open ticket?

    What the noreply@salesforce.com email address in the from box or the customer.help@kabam.com in the sent on behalf box?

    The mail in which they said they need more evidence. Reply in that one.

    just reply all if you fell the need, but a reply should work the same.
