Labyrinth of legends before road to labyrinth

This is some sort of a bug where i am getting access to labyrinth of legends before completing road to labyrinth

Is this a bug or is it intended to be like that

You no longer need to compete Road to the Labyrinth to get access to Labyrinth of legends, RTTL is just there if you want a 4* ag crystal.
