Hades rewards and issues

All rewards except for the keys in Hades invasions appear to be missing.
I have also run the legendary difficulty twice. Apparently this is not allowed and may be penalised or banned for this? Why?
1. Why would you be penalised if rewards arent allocated
2. Why dont Kabam place an in game message to alert us of issues like this to avoid future complications ( they have the functionality)
3. If rewards arent allocated will we be refunded the energy tiles wasted so far
