War "Strike Back" node bugged

"Strike Back - When damaged by a Special Attack, this enemy gains 1 bar of power" - except multi parted specials cause the enemy to gain a bar at every part thus giving them a sp3. No way this is supposed to work like this.

I've always noticed this, and it's not with everyone. I know BW didn't always trigger it, but I thought it was because of her sig.

I can confirm this is an issue, i got KO because of this issue.

i used SL sp2 in war, Dormammu got 2 specials attack instead of one.

Still not fixed. This is currently going on in M.O.D.O.K lab quest too.
