Mastering Lesser Precision and Lesser Cruelty

Is it worth putting mastery points in lesser precision and lesser cruelty masteries? Right now I have put only one in each just to unlock the higher versions of the same. If I were to put 5 points apiece in the lesser ones, will that make a noticeable difference?

    I would recommend you save the units and invest in the precision and cruelty masteries, the lesser ones barely make a difference but these really give a significant boost
